Summary
By using Jenna, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord's Terms of Service. Jenna is a multi-feature Discord bot offering AI-powered chat, social interaction commands (hug, cuddle, kiss, slap, sleep, and more), a welcome system, moderation tools, and automod features. Some features, including certain moderation, automod, logging, and management commands, are currently in beta and may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to change without notice. Private beta access may also be granted to selected servers at ArkDevLabs' discretion. AI conversations are session-based and never stored permanently or used to train any AI model. Session data is automatically deleted within 24 hours of inactivity. Jenna currently has no memory system — she does not remember anything between sessions. A memory feature may be introduced in the future as an opt-in option. Moderation and automod actions are the responsibility of server administrators. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ArkDevLabs ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of Jenna (the "Service," "Bot").

By inviting, adding, or interacting with Jenna in any Discord server or direct message, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms
• You have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Discord's own Terms of Service at all times

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of Jenna and remove her from any server you control. Continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

2. Description of Service

Jenna is a feature-rich Discord bot developed and maintained by ArkDevLabs. Jenna combines AI-powered conversational chat with a suite of social interaction commands, community engagement tools, moderation utilities, and automated moderation systems — all designed to make your Discord server more fun, welcoming, and safe.

2.1 AI Chat

Jenna's core feature is her AI-powered conversational engine, which allows users to have natural, human-like dialogues with her. This is powered by large language model (LLM) technology and operates on a session-based, privacy-first model (see Section 4).

2.2 Social & Interaction Commands

Jenna includes a wide range of fun, expressive social commands that allow users to interact with each other in playful and lighthearted ways. These include actions such as:

These commands are intended purely for fun and positive community interaction. They typically involve sending a GIF or image alongside a message directed at another user. See Section 8 for important usage guidelines around these features.

2.3 Moderation Features

Jenna includes a set of moderation tools to help server administrators and moderators manage their communities effectively. These features may include:

Use of moderation commands requires the appropriate Discord permissions. Misuse of moderation features is a violation of these Terms (see Section 9).

2.4 Automod Features

Jenna includes an automated moderation system that helps servers enforce rules and maintain a healthy environment without requiring constant manual intervention. Automod features may include:

Automod configurations are set by server administrators and are the responsibility of those administrators. ArkDevLabs is not responsible for moderation actions taken as a result of automod configurations set by server staff.

2.5 Welcome System

Jenna can greet new members when they join your server with customizable welcome messages and images. This feature allows server administrators to create a warm first impression and direct new members to important channels or rules.

2.6 Required Discord Permissions

Jenna requests only the permissions necessary to operate her features. The table below explains why each permission is needed:

Jenna only uses these permissions to perform the specific actions described above. No permission is requested beyond operational necessity. This disclosure is also provided to assist with Discord Bot Verification requirements.

2.7 Beta Features

Certain Jenna features are currently in beta testing. This includes, but is not limited to, some moderation commands, automod systems, logging functionality, and server management tools.

Beta features are actively being developed and may not yet be available to all users or servers. Some beta features may be part of a private / internal beta, accessible only to selected servers or testers at ArkDevLabs' sole discretion. Participation in a private beta does not grant any entitlement to continued access or a public release.

By using any beta feature, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Private Beta Notice: Some beta features are restricted to internal testing and are not available to the general public. Access to private beta features is granted at the sole discretion of ArkDevLabs and may be revoked at any time. Private beta participants may be subject to additional confidentiality expectations communicated separately.

Users and server administrators use beta features entirely at their own risk. ArkDevLabs is not liable for any moderation errors, data issues, service disruptions, or community impacts resulting from the use of beta features.

What Jenna Does NOT Do

• Jenna does not remember previous AI conversations once a session expires
• Jenna does not store your chat messages permanently
• Jenna does not use your conversations to train or fine-tune any AI model
• Jenna does not share your conversation data with third parties for commercial purposes

ArkDevLabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, add, or permanently remove any feature of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

To access and use Jenna, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction (for example, 16 in certain EU countries under GDPR);
• Maintain an active Discord account in good standing, in full compliance with Discord's Terms of Service; and
• Have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under these Terms.

By using Jenna, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not permitted to use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who we reasonably believe does not meet these criteria.

4. How Conversations Work

Jenna operates on a session-based model designed with your privacy as the top priority. Understanding how sessions work is important for knowing how your data is handled.

4.1 Session Creation

A new conversation session is automatically created every time you begin interacting with Jenna. Each session is:

• Independent — Jenna has no knowledge of previous conversations from past sessions
• Isolated — your session data is separate from other users' sessions
• Temporary — session data exists only for the duration of the interaction and a short window after

Sessions may be created per-channel or per-user depending on how Jenna is configured in your server.

4.2 Automatic Data Deletion

When you stop interacting with Jenna:

• A 24-hour inactivity timer begins automatically
• Once this timer expires, all conversation data from that session is permanently deleted
• Deletion is automatic — you do not need to manually clear your conversation
• Deleted data cannot be recovered after the timer expires

In many cases, session data may be deleted in less than 24 hours. The 24-hour window is the maximum retention period for inactive session data.

4.3 No Cross-Session Memory

At the time of these Terms:

• Jenna does not retain any information between sessions
• Jenna will not remember your name, preferences, prior conversations, or any personal details from a previous session
• Any context Jenna appears to have is strictly limited to your active, ongoing session

This means every conversation with Jenna effectively starts fresh. See Section 12 for information about potential future memory features.

4.4 Active Session Behavior

Within an active session, Jenna temporarily holds your conversation context in order to:

• Understand follow-up messages and context
• Generate relevant, coherent responses
• Maintain conversational flow

This in-session context is held transiently in memory and is not written to any long-term storage at any point during the session.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Jenna is designed to collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the Service. We believe in minimal data collection and maximum transparency.

5.1 What We Collect

5.2 Data Stored for Moderation

To support effective server moderation, the following data may be retained beyond a session:

• User IDs associated with moderation actions
• Warning counts per user
• Moderation action logs (kick, ban, mute, warn records)
• Server configuration settings for automod and welcome features

This data is retained only as long as necessary for moderation continuity. Data deletion requests can be submitted as described in Section 16.

5.3 What We Do NOT Collect

• Message content is never stored permanently. It is processed in real-time to generate a response and is automatically discarded when the session ends.
• We do not build user profiles. Jenna does not aggregate your data across sessions to build a profile about you.
• We do not collect sensitive personal information such as your real name, email address, or location unless you voluntarily share it in conversation (and even then, it is not stored beyond the session).

5.4 Our Core Data Commitments

• We will never sell, rent, or trade user data to any third party under any circumstances
• We will never use your conversations to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model
• We will never share your data for advertising or marketing purposes
• We will always be transparent about any changes to our data practices by updating these Terms and notifying users

6. No AI Training on User Data

This section exists as a standalone commitment because we consider it one of the most important aspects of Jenna's design.

Your conversations with Jenna are never used to train any AI model — period.

This means:

• Your messages are not added to any training dataset, ever
• Your conversations are not reviewed, labeled, annotated, or used for any machine learning pipeline
• Session data is processed transiently and discarded automatically upon expiry
• Even anonymized or aggregated versions of your messages are not used for AI training purposes

If this policy ever changes for any reason, we will:

1. Update these Terms with clear notice no less than 30 days in advance
2. Notify users through our official Discord support server and website
3. Require fresh acknowledgment from users before the new policy takes effect

7. User and Server Responsibility

You bear full responsibility for how Jenna is used within your Discord server and by users in that server. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The configuration, setup, and customization of Jenna within your server
• All Discord permissions granted to Jenna
• All commands executed and interactions initiated through Jenna by any member of your server
• Any content shared with or through Jenna during conversations
• All moderation decisions related to Jenna's usage in your community

7.1 Human Responsibility Clause

Jenna only executes commands and configurations set up by server staff. Jenna does not make independent moderation decisions. Server owners and administrators remain solely responsible for all moderation decisions, bot configurations, and any outcomes resulting from Jenna's use in their server.

Server owners and administrators acknowledge that they are solely accountable for ensuring Jenna is used appropriately and lawfully within their communities. This includes making sure your server members are aware of and comply with these Terms.

Individual users are responsible for their own interactions with Jenna, including the content of their messages.

8. Permitted Use

Jenna is intended to be used for lawful, constructive, and recreational purposes. Permitted uses include:

• Casual AI conversation, entertainment, and general chat
• Getting help with questions, writing, brainstorming, and general information
• Using social interaction commands (hug, cuddle, kiss, slap, sleep, etc.) in a lighthearted, consensual, and fun manner between community members
• Using the welcome system to greet and onboard new server members
• Configuring and using moderation features to maintain a safe and healthy community
• Setting up automod rules to enforce your server's guidelines automatically
• Community engagement and interactive experiences in Discord servers
• Creative writing, storytelling, and role-play within appropriate boundaries
• Any other lawful purpose consistent with Discord's Community Guidelines and these Terms

8.1 Social Command Etiquette

Social interaction commands such as hug, cuddle, kiss, slap, and similar are designed for fun community interaction. While these are lighthearted by nature, users are expected to exercise good judgment. Repeatedly targeting a specific user with commands they find unwelcome — even playful ones — may constitute harassment and is a violation of these Terms and Discord's Community Guidelines.

8.2 Moderation Command Responsibility

Moderation commands (kick, ban, mute, warn, purge, etc.) are powerful tools that directly affect members of your community. These must only be used:

• By users with the appropriate Discord server permissions
• For legitimate moderation purposes consistent with your server's rules
• In a fair, non-abusive, and non-discriminatory manner

Server administrators are solely responsible for ensuring their staff use moderation commands appropriately.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Jenna in any manner that violates applicable laws, Discord's policies, or these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

9.1 Abuse and Exploitation

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities within Jenna
• Attempting to manipulate, jailbreak, or trick Jenna into bypassing her safety guidelines or content policies
• Flooding, spamming, or otherwise overloading the Service with excessive requests
• Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with Jenna at a rate that degrades service quality for others
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with Jenna's underlying systems

9.2 Harmful and Illegal Content

• Using Jenna's AI chat to generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
• Attempting to produce content that sexualizes minors, promotes self-harm, or encourages violence
• Conducting or facilitating scams, phishing attacks, social engineering, or any form of deception
• Engaging in harassment, intimidation, threats, or abuse directed at any individual or group

9.3 Misuse of Social Commands

Social interaction commands (hug, cuddle, kiss, slap, sleep, kick, etc.) are intended for fun and lighthearted community interaction. The following constitute misuse:

• Using social commands repeatedly to target, harass, or make another user feel uncomfortable
• Using commands such as slap or kick in a threatening, hostile, or demeaning context rather than a playful one
• Directing social commands at a user who has expressed that they do not wish to receive them
• Using any social command as a vehicle for hate speech, discrimination, or targeted harassment

9.4 Misuse of Moderation Features

Moderation tools (kick, ban, mute, warn, purge, etc.) carry significant power over community members. The following constitute misuse:

• Using moderation commands against users without proper authorization or server permissions
• Abusing moderation tools to unfairly target, silence, or remove users based on personal bias or discrimination
• Using Jenna's moderation features to conduct server raids, mass bans, or other forms of coordinated abuse
• Purging message history for the purpose of destroying evidence of rule violations or covering up abuse
• Impersonating a server moderator or administrator to gain unauthorized access to moderation features

9.5 Misuse of Automod Features

• Configuring Jenna's automod system in a way that is intentionally unfair, discriminatory, or designed to target specific users
• Deliberately setting automod triggers to mass-punish users without legitimate moderation cause
• Using automod to bypass Discord's own content moderation systems in a harmful way

9.6 Abuse Prevention & Blacklisting

ArkDevLabs reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to Jenna for any user or server found to be abusing Jenna's features — including but not limited to exploiting moderation commands for raids or harassment, systematic spam or flooding, impersonation of ArkDevLabs staff, or any coordinated malicious activity. Suspended servers and users may be reported to Discord and relevant authorities where applicable.

9.7 Platform Policy Violations

• Engaging in any activity that violates Discord's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Using Jenna in any server or context that is in violation of Discord's policies
• Using Jenna to automate ban evasion, account farming, or any other platform manipulation

9.8 Unauthorized Access and Impersonation

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Jenna's administrative systems or backend
• Impersonating ArkDevLabs, Jenna, its staff, or any affiliated entity
• Falsely claiming to represent or be authorized by ArkDevLabs

Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to Jenna, without prior notice, and may be reported to Discord and relevant authorities where applicable.

10. AutoMod — False Positive Notice

Important: Jenna's automated moderation system is designed to assist human moderators, not replace them. Automated systems may occasionally flag innocent messages as violations. Server moderators are strongly encouraged to review automated moderation actions and adjust configurations to minimize false positives. ArkDevLabs is not responsible for automated actions taken as a result of configurations set by server staff.

If you believe your message or account was incorrectly acted upon by Jenna's automod system, please contact your server's moderation team directly. ArkDevLabs does not adjudicate individual server moderation decisions.

11. Appeals & Support

Appeals Policy: ArkDevLabs does not control moderation decisions made by third-party server administrators. If you have been kicked, muted, warned, or banned in a server through a Jenna command, your appeal must be directed to that server's staff team. ArkDevLabs cannot overturn, review, or intervene in individual server moderation actions.

If you believe Jenna is being misused by a server's staff in a way that violates these Terms, you may report the server to ArkDevLabs through our official support server (see Section 23). We will review reports and may take action against servers found to be in serious violation.

For issues with Jenna herself — such as bugs, incorrect behavior, or data deletion requests — please contact ArkDevLabs directly through the channels listed in Section 23.

12. Future Memory Features

Current Status

At the time of these Terms, Jenna has no memory system. She does not store any information about you between sessions. Every conversation begins completely fresh. No user memory data of any kind is currently collected or stored.

Planned Memory Feature

We are exploring the possibility of an optional, user-controlled memory feature in the future. This feature, if introduced, would allow Jenna to remember certain information you choose to share — such as your name, preferences, or interests — across multiple sessions.

If and when a memory feature is introduced, it will be governed by the following principles:

Until a memory feature is officially launched and you actively opt into it, no memory data about you exists or is stored anywhere.

We will provide at least 30 days of advance notice before any memory feature becomes available, communicated through our Discord support server and website.

13. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Jenna is powered by third-party AI language models. By using Jenna, you acknowledge and accept that:

• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unpredictable. Jenna can make mistakes and should not be treated as a reliable source of facts.
• Jenna does not have access to real-time information unless explicitly provided in the conversation. Her knowledge may be outdated.
• All responses are generated automatically without any human review or editorial oversight.
• Jenna is not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on Jenna for legal, medical, financial, psychological, or safety-critical decisions.
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret, act upon, or share any content generated by Jenna.
• ArkDevLabs does not endorse any specific claim, statement, or opinion generated by Jenna.

ArkDevLabs expressly disclaims all liability arising from your reliance on or misuse of AI-generated content produced by Jenna.

14. Discord Terms of Service Compliance

Jenna operates exclusively within the Discord platform. As such, all use of Jenna must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times, in addition to these Terms.

By using Jenna, you confirm that:

• Your Discord account is in good standing and compliant with Discord's policies
• Your Discord server (if applicable) complies with Discord's Community Guidelines
• You will not use Jenna to facilitate any violation of Discord's platform rules

ArkDevLabs reserves the right to terminate access to Jenna for any user or server that is found to be in violation of Discord's policies, regardless of whether these Terms have been independently violated.

15. Service Availability

Jenna is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ArkDevLabs makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of Jenna for any purpose.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Service
• Specific response quality, accuracy, or appropriateness
• The preservation or recovery of any session data
• Specific uptime targets or response time benchmarks

Service interruptions may occur at any time due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party API failures, infrastructure issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but are under no obligation to do so within any particular timeframe.

16. Data Deletion

Automatic Deletion

Conversation and session data is automatically deleted within 24 hours of inactivity. No action is required from you for this to happen.

Manual Deletion Requests

For requests to delete any other data associated with your account or server, you may contact us through:

• Support Server — via our official Discord support server at discord.gg/mwdrgYbzuG
• Direct Contact — using the contact information listed in Section 23

Deletion requests will be acknowledged promptly and processed within a reasonable timeframe. Certain data may be retained where required by applicable law, legal proceedings, or legitimate business necessity. We will inform you if any such retention applies to your request.

17. Security

ArkDevLabs implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the security and integrity of the Service and any data associated with it. These measures include, but may not be limited to, access controls, encrypted communications, and regular security assessments.

However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot warrant that unauthorized access, data breaches, or other security incidents will never occur. In the event of a security incident that affects your data, we will take appropriate steps to investigate and mitigate the issue, and will notify affected users where required by law.

Your use of Jenna is at your own risk. You are encouraged to avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information in any conversation with Jenna.

18. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Jenna — including but not limited to its source code, branding, visual identity, feature set, documentation, and any related creative works — are the exclusive property of ArkDevLabs.

Without prior written permission from ArkDevLabs, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or replicate any part of Jenna
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Jenna
• Redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights related to Jenna
• Use ArkDevLabs' name, logo, or branding for any purpose

Unauthorized use of ArkDevLabs' intellectual property may result in legal action.

19. Third-Party Services

Jenna may integrate with or depend upon third-party platforms and services to function. ArkDevLabs does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party service or its data practices.

Important note regarding AI providers: When your messages are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a response, that transmission is governed by that provider's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. ArkDevLabs does not instruct AI providers to store or use your data for training, and we actively seek providers who share our commitment to user privacy. However, we encourage you to review the policies of third-party providers independently.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArkDevLabs, its founders, team members, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of Jenna
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or any third-party right
• Content shared, generated, or transmitted through your use of the Service

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArkDevLabs shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Community disputes or server-related conflicts arising from Jenna's use
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content
• Damages arising from the use of beta features, including incomplete or unstable functionality
• Service interruptions or data loss due to third-party failures

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is asserted and whether or not ArkDevLabs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

22. Force Majeure

ArkDevLabs shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of the Service arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, floods, fires, or other acts of nature
• Internet or telecommunications outages
• Government actions, embargoes, or regulatory changes
• War, civil unrest, or declared national emergencies
• Third-party service failures, including AI provider or hosting outages

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of Jenna shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

24. Amendments to These Terms

ArkDevLabs reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised
• We will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice through our support server or website
• For changes related to data practices or AI training policies, we commit to at least 30 days' notice

Your continued use of Jenna following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed.
