Summary
Jenna collects only the data necessary to operate the Service — such as Discord IDs, server settings, and moderation logs. We do not store message content, sell your data, or share it with third parties without a valid reason. All logos and branding associated with Jenna are the exclusive intellectual property of ArkDevLabs — unauthorized use will result in DMCA takedown and legal action. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We employ standard security practices and rely on trusted third-party providers including Discord and Google Analytics.

1. Introduction

ArkDevLabs ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to handling your data with transparency and care.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Jenna (the "Service") collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected. It applies to all users who interact with Jenna across any Discord server in which the Service is active, including server owners and administrators.

By using Jenna, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service and remove Jenna from any server you control.

2. What We Collect

We collect only the data strictly necessary to deliver and maintain the Service. Data is collected automatically as a result of your interaction with Jenna or through configuration by server administrators.

Message Content

We do not store message content permanently. Message content is accessed only when strictly necessary for specific features:

• AI Chat — Processing user inputs to generate contextual responses (session-only, deleted within 24 hours of inactivity)
• Automod Systems — Scanning messages against configured content filters in real-time
• Command Execution — Parsing commands and their arguments

Unless required for moderation logging as configured by a server administrator, message content is processed transiently and is not retained after the operation is complete.

What We Do NOT Collect

• Passwords, tokens, or account credentials of any kind
• Private or direct messages between users
• Sensitive personal data such as health information, religion, or ethnicity
• Real names, email addresses, or physical location data

3. How We Use Your Data

All data collected by Jenna is used solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed below.

4. Analytics

Jenna uses Google Analytics to help us understand how the Service is used and to guide development and improvement decisions.

Analytics data may include:

• Feature interaction frequency and command usage patterns
• General geographic region (country or region level only — not precise location)
• Device type and operating system information
• Anonymized session and engagement metrics

This data is used exclusively to improve the Service. IP anonymization is enabled — precise IP addresses are never stored by our analytics system. Data collected through Google Analytics is never used for advertising or user profiling.

You may opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Opting out does not affect your ability to use Jenna in any way.

Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it independently.

5. Data Storage and Retention

All data is stored on secured infrastructure operated by ArkDevLabs or trusted third-party hosting providers. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

In limited circumstances, data may be retained beyond the periods listed above where required by law, for the resolution of disputes, or for fraud prevention purposes. We will inform you if any such retention applies to your request.

6. Data Sharing

ArkDevLabs does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal data to any third party.

Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers — With trusted vendors such as hosting providers, analytics services, and AI model providers, who are contractually bound to process data solely on our behalf
• Legal Obligations — Where required by applicable law, regulation, or court order
• Safety and Rights — Where necessary to investigate fraud, prevent illegal activity, or protect the rights and safety of users or ArkDevLabs
• Business Transfers — In the event of a merger or acquisition, data may transfer as part of that transaction. Affected users will be notified where reasonably possible

8. Intellectual Property & Branding

Logo & Visual Identity — Ownership

All logos, icons, visual identities, and branding assets associated with Jenna are the exclusive intellectual property of ArkDevLabs. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Jenna's bot avatar, profile images, and logo variations
• Any icons, banners, or promotional graphics created for or associated with Jenna
• Modified or derivative versions of Jenna's visual assets
• Use of Jenna's branding to misrepresent affiliation with or endorsement by ArkDevLabs

DMCA Enforcement

Any use of Jenna's logos or branding without prior written permission from ArkDevLabs is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Jenna's branding will result in an immediate DMCA takedown notice filed with the relevant platform(s). ArkDevLabs actively monitors for unauthorized use of its intellectual property and will pursue all available civil and/or criminal legal remedies under applicable intellectual property law.

To request permission to use Jenna's branding for any purpose, contact us via the channels listed in Section 13.

Other Intellectual Property

All other rights in Jenna — including its source code, feature set, documentation, command structures, and related creative works — are likewise the exclusive property of ArkDevLabs and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.

9. Security

ArkDevLabs employs commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encrypted data transmission using industry-standard protocols
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
• Regular security reviews and infrastructure assessments
• Incident response procedures in the event of a suspected breach

Please note: No method of data transmission or storage is entirely secure. While we take every reasonable precaution, ArkDevLabs cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the Service, you acknowledge this inherent risk.

In the event of a confirmed data breach that poses a risk to affected users, we will notify those users without undue delay in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

10. Children's Privacy

Jenna is not directed at, nor intended for use by, individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).

ArkDevLabs does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been inadvertently collected, we will take immediate steps to delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used Jenna without your consent, please contact us immediately.

11. Third-Party Services

Jenna relies on third-party services to deliver certain functionality. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data practices. ArkDevLabs is not responsible for the data handling of any third-party service.

We encourage all users to review the privacy policies of these providers independently. When your messages are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a response, that transmission is governed by that provider's own policies. ArkDevLabs actively seeks providers who share our commitment to user privacy.

12. Changes to This Policy

ArkDevLabs reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable laws, or Service features.

When material changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised
• For significant changes, we will endeavor to provide advance notice through our support server or website
• For changes related to AI training policies, we commit to at least 30 days' notice

Your continued use of Jenna after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
